The collective of creators 43 "collector of creatives" was born in June 2018. It is composed in this year 2020 of 24 artists and creators. The aim of the collective is to help each creator, professional or amateur, to
present its activities and promote them within the legal framework provided for each category, highlighting the wealth of our territory. The essence of the Collective remains the support of each by all, in a spirit of exchanges, mutual services, and good faith.
Everything is based on mutual trust in a framework that is currently completely open (to everyone, to any suggestion) and voluntarily “informal”. The idea is to share to be visible, for those who want to break through or sell, simply to enrich themselves humanly for others, and both for most members.
The collective also made the choice to get closer to the Flâneries des arts association which has fairly similar statuses “Promotion of creation and the arts in their diversity” and which already exists in the local fabric.
This also corresponds, for the moment, to the municipality's wish not to see a proliferation of associations with cultural purposes which would compete with each other instead of reinforcing each other. The Collective of Creators can organize events, exhibitions, pop-up shops, etc. The collective of Creators remains open to anyone wishing to join without a precise geographical link with the locality of St Didier en Velay. However,
the communities of communes around St Didier seem to be a possibility of defining a satisfactory perimeter. Each member of the collective is free to enter and leave the collective whenever they wish. Commitment to an event, whatever it is, implies on the part of any member of the collective who engages in it, a voluntary investment from the beginning to the end of this event. The projects operate in an autonomous working group, bringing together a few members and in which 2 project managers are appointed who oversee the smooth running of the event.
It is up to them to organize the event from start to finish and to create a link between the different members registered in the project.

However, all members of the Collective will be asked to help set up the event. Therefore the commitment of all members of the collective will be requested in ALL events organized in the different projects of the Collective, according to the possibilities of each one. The members of the Collective place their trust in the reference working group in charge of a project for the entire collective.
