This loop crosses several hamlets including Chaumont and takes you to the Saint-Martin Chapel located on the old road to Chalençon, taken by pilgrims on their way to Le Puy-en-Velay.

1. From the cross in rue du Chapre, west of the center of Tiranges, go down the chemin de Saint-Martin towards Les Billards. The road leads away from the village. Just after the Saint-Martin chapel, ignore a path on the right and continue on the road.

2. Cross Le Cros on the right. At the cross, continue to the right. The road becomes
path. At the fork, stay on the main path on the left.

3. At the next fork, keep left. In the forest, ignore a path veering to the left. Continue the descent (view of Chalencon). Pass near ruins.

4. At the fork, continue straight. Cross the Moulinet stream and
go back up.

5. At the fork, climb to the right. At the fork, follow the wide path to the left to continue the ascent. At the next intersection, go left again. The path comes out of the forest. Go straight ahead to reach Chaumont.

6. At the entrance to the village, ignore a street on the left. At the intersection, turn off at
LAW. Ignore a road on the left and, at the next fork, go straight
right to pass in front of the chapel.

7. At the crossroads before the Chaumont exit, turn right then fork at
LEFT. The path descends into the Moulinet valley. cross the creek,
go up opposite, ignore the path on the left and continue straight ahead
to Tiranges.

8. At the fork, stay on the road to the left. Follow rue du Chapre straight ahead to reach the start.
