Description
"Circuit No. 108 offers a varied route in 3 distinct phases. The first part is very smooth and offers no particular difference in altitude over the first 4 kilometers. A welcome warm-up along the David pond allows you to observe many birds.
The first kilometers are behind us and the main difficulty of the route then looms: the climb to Notre-Dame de Grâce. A 4 kilometer long climb in several stages which allow you to recover. Winding in its first part, we find a wider path at the top.
Once Notre-Dame de Grace is in sight, the hardest part is done and all that remains is (almost) the descent to the finish. Be careful though with this descent which allows you to gain a lot of speed in its first part. The second half in the forest is much more technical, it requires caution and control up to Noailleux. The rest of the descent is done without incident on a relatively wide and rolling path before reaching Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert. A final part along the Forez canal allows you to enjoy the water’s edge before returning to the initial parking lot.”
