Third step: let everyone follow their own pace: all-out idleness, with a classic meeting point near the snack bar (highly common value).
And the little snack, believe me you'll appreciate it after sailing on the water (catamaran, windsurfing, canoeing, wakeboarding, wakesurfing, wakeslide or paddle) with more or less success.
