The marked trail begins at the Croix de Gournier car park. From the Monistrol Tourist Office: head towards Bas en Basset. At the exit of Monistrol, at the roundabout, take the opposite direction Gournier. At the crossroads follow Gournier bas, on the right. After 250 m, car park at the cross (near the sorting point). From the RN 88: exit Gorges de la Loire/Bas en basset, at the 1st roundabout, follow opposite Bas en Basset. at the second roundabout, turn left, in the direction of Gournier.
