Le Saint Agur®, a tasty blue-veined cheese known internationally, is made in Beauzac from pasteurized milk collected from the Monts du Velay. Created by the Master Cheesemakers of La Ance Valley Cheese Company (CFVA), Saint-Agur® combines the strength of the taste of blue with the softness of a melting texture.

Saint Agur® is the No. 1 blue cheese in France. It is also very popular in the United Kingdom and around the world: Europe, United States, Scandinavia, Canada, Japan…

Tasting advice: A slice of country bread is enough for it, but the Saint Agur® will also be delicious with rye bread, bread with nuts or raisins kneaded and baked by our artisan bakers.
