Olivier Buisson has two passions: pastry and the art of transmitting. He decided to set up a space next to his shop totally dedicated to workshops open to everyone to know everything.
Le Chardon Bleu offers pastry lessons in a wide variety of themes: macaroons lessons, choux pastry, pies, birthday cakes, plated desserts... These pastry lessons take place on Saturday afternoons from 14 p.m. to 17 p.m. are open to everyone (from 12 years old)
