At the start, there was a small group of totally "fada" friends from
rock'n'roll, rock swing, rockabilly, blues and a slightly crazy dream: inviting international stars from this milieu to play in Monistrol-sur-Loire, in Haute-Loire.
In 2018, the dream is taking shape... and the public is asking for more!
A festival where stars of the international scene perform live!
On Saturday, in the evening, on the stage of the Capitelle, 3 groups follow one another, 3 styles, 3 presences on stage...always exceptional!
There was Laura B and her band (England), Cora Lynn and the rhythm Snatchers, Jacke Calypso, The Spunyboys, Sara Dee and the Foxhunters (Sweden), Jumpin'up (Sicily)… etc.
Guitar, double bass, sax, drums, piano, violin, trumpet, costumes, choreography… rock'n'roll is eternal and the show is total, for the ears as well as the eyes!
In 2023, find on the Capitelle stage: Strike Band (Italy), Lizzy Bourbon (France) and The Royal Flush (Switzerland).
A joyful and colorful atmosphere
The show starts in the afternoon with a free concert in the old town. Lovers of music and dance meet there. Parquet floor available for dancers, open terraces for lovers of "little foam", dance lessons for novices and parade of old American cars for lovers of old mechanics!
In the evening, from 19:30 p.m., the Capitelle room opens to groups with their overflowing energy. Beginners or experienced dancers invade the dance floor until late at night!
